We strive to provide work force competency by providing our staff with adequate training and in this regard we regularly provide various training courses i.e:
- At the start of each project all personnel are required to attend job-induction and mine-induction training.
- All our drivers receive in-house training as well as external Defensive Driving Training.
- Fire fighting training
- First aid training
- HSE training
We employ most of our personnel from the local communities and have managed crews of up to 150 personnel.
We also employ trained personnel, which includes a dedicated back-office staff, trained HSE officers, trained Line staff, mechanic and trained chefs.
